I came across this video recently and it shows two things – how not to buy a property for development and how the UK property market has changed.
The footage below is from a Channel Five show called ‘How to Be a Property Developer’ and is several years old. At one stage every channel seemed to have property developing programs. Now it’s mainly down to Sarah Beeny on Channel Four to keep property developing alive on the telly.
I found the clip on Property Auction Database which lists property auctions around the UK. Here two women who clearly don’t know what they’re doing get carried away with bidding process.
